When I am customizing a desktop computer, there's an option about modem. The following are the options: No Modem Option [Included in Price] 56K PCI Data Fax Modem [add $20] 56K PCI Data Fax Modem and Earthlink [add $20] 56K PCI Data Fax Modem and NETZERO ISP [add $20] ****Can I not buy a modem? Will it affect anything when I am surfing the internet and using the computer? Dell Inspiron 530 with processor E2200, or HP Pavilion a6600z better? (Or any other suggestion.
